Montreal Joint Venture Sparks New Approach to Search Engine and Content Optimization

SEO helps Law firms win clients & cases

A prominent east coast (U.S.) law firm’s web site was losing prime ranking to its major competitors.

Problem:

Their web site hadn’t been updated in over two years and they had no incoming links.

Solution:

Nekouda Diagram rebuilt the site using search engine friendly content management (CMS) technology to facilitate regular site updates. Furthermore, Nekouda Diagram supported the firm’s Communications Director by providing important key word research data and the training to use it, insuring the web site's copy would contain the best keywords for their target audience. Custom URLs utilizing key words drawn from the site’s copy were written and meta data, coding, links and all other web site elements were rendered search engine friendly. Tracking was installed used to monitor user behavior on the site and to optimize content performance. Nekouda Diagram also proposed an Incoming Links Campaign for the firm, which is currently being deployed.

Results:

Within 24 hours of the new site’s launch, the site was hitting the Google top 3 with keywords that were not on the firm’s old site. Even prior to Google indexing the pages the firm’s entire legal staff appeared in the top 10. Within 48 hours of launch, Google indexed every one of the site’s nearly 100 pages and cached 100% of all text on the site.

Stay tuned to learn the results of the firm’s incoming links campaign. And if your concerned your stagnant web site is diminishing search engine performance  call us or fill out the form on our web site.
